I started KPVA in October 2020 because I needed a business that worked around my life, not the other way around. As someone who lives with depression and is now a mum to a toddler, I know what it's like to need flexibility and breathing room.
I also know what it's like to feel scattered - client details living in your head, your inbox, and random sticky notes. The constant mental juggling of trying to keep everything straight while also being present for your family. That's exactly why I do what I do.
By August 2021, I'd become an official Studio Ninja ambassador - something I'm still quietly proud of.
In January 2022, I went all-in on KPVA, and later that year, I became a mum and learned firsthand what it's like to run a business while parenting.
You're not hiring me to take photos. You're partnering with me because I'm a Studio Ninja specialist who gets what it's like to juggle business and family. I understand the overwhelm, the scattered feeling, and the secret worry that you're just winging it.
I know exactly how to set up Studio Ninja so it works for your real life - the one with school drop-offs, nap-time admin sprints, and editing sessions interrupted by snack requests.
Am I photographer? NO. BUT I DON'T NEED TO BE.
I've built KPVA to be human-sized and sustainable - a business that leaves room for school pickups, slow mornings, and mental health days that don't need justification. I want the same for you: a Studio Ninja system that supports both your business and your life, so you never have to choose between the two.
Based in Melbourne, I bring a decade of admin experience and an intimate knowledge of Studio Ninja to photographers.
Powered by Dare iced coffee, millenial playlists and way too many sitcom rewatches.
I help wedding and lifestyle photographers who feel scattered and overwhelmed get their Studio Ninja systems sorted. Whether you need a fresh setup built from scratch or want someone to audit what you've got and tell you exactly how to fix it, I'm here to make your backend actually make sense.
I want more photographers, especially mums, to feel calm, capable, and fully in control behind the scenes. No more choosing between creativity, connection, or structure. I want every female photographer to have a system that fits real life, bringing peace of mind and true confidence, even when things are messy.
the future I'M CREATING
To support overwhelmed photographers with a Studio Ninja system that lightens the mental load, restores confidence, and leaves room for the messiness of real life.
WHY KPVA EXISTS
I help photographers who feel overwhelmed by their backend get their Studio Ninja systems properly sorted. No jargon, no judgment, and no pressure to be perfect. My goal is to lighten the mental load and bring some order to the admin chaos, so there's more room for creativity, client care, and real life.
It's not about squeezing more hours out of your day - it's about making your business feel manageable. Giving you confidence in your systems and freeing up headspace for what matters most.
With practical support and genuine understanding, I create systems that feel human, not robotic, and support photographers as whole people, not just business owners.
Because when your systems actually work for you, you can enjoy the business (and the life) you've built.
